We were looking for a firm mattress… after going to a few other stores we can here… Robert was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of different materials and there implications on longevity and health He gave us enough time to process the information…. Was not Pushy and it was quite a pleasant experience We ended up confirming our purchase on the same day AND he gave us a best deal:)
