USE caution using this shark. We were charged $60 per hr for service, he took three trips to get parts, took along time and seems to me unprepared to work, and we were charged for these trips, very reluctant to give a receipt for service and never gave a receipt for parts we bought, all the while complaining business is slow and money is tight.
