My first time here tonight. All the staff are lovely and Bec is an amazing stylist. Thank you!
I was a walk-in with my 90 year old mother who needed a cut. Despite being busy, mum was soon in the chair and Bec (red) did a fantastic job. While I was there I took the opportunity to get mine trimmed. Again, fitted me in - thanks Kristy. Added bonus was seniors discount.
Very disappointed after attending North Rocks today. I had a brief consultation earlier in the week to discuss a freshen up to my balayage and felt like they understood what I wanted based on photos I showed and the state of my hair which has regrowth but lighter ends. Today’s visit has broken me- ready to go for a box due to fix my roots that have been left with grey hair showing and noticeable regrowth and not what I wanted or thought the pictures depicted.
