Terrible outcome to an attempt to get help from this woman. She expects people to cancel appointments 24 "Business hours" in advance, not everyone's regular 24 hours. In my case I made the mistake of calling to cancel 23 hours and 40 minutes in advance out of respect to her since my schedule was looking a bit challenging to get there on time.
