Only reason I didnt go lower was because I love this place and the people that work there are amazing. But trying to get a hold of someone over the phone is horrible. Just today was on hold the first time 124 mins and they hung up on me, the second time for 25 mins and said forget it. Got a toddler an di don't have time to sit on the phone that long! I put my phone in my pocket and nearly forgot almost til i heard thw ringing and thought someone was pickinf up. Nope back to the waiting. Gave up to let the kids play.. now On ... read more

i called to schedule an appointment in the begging of may and to be expected it’s about 6 weeks out. I show up to my appointment which they canceled and asked me to come back 2 1/2 weeks later. WOMEN CANNOT WAIT 8 weeks to be seen when they’re having complications. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

This place is absolutely horrible! The wait time is ridiculous. The doctors, residents, np, and ma’s do not value your time! I’m so sick of coming to this hospital for mediocre care. My time is valuable and so is my PPO. I wish there were private doctors in their own buildings so I didn’t have to deal with this crap. CCH is a business and is being run as such. No compassion cold.

The treatment here is just okay - not good, not bad. But they don't ever answer the phone or call back. I was supposed to schedule my postpartum follow-up after 6 weeks. It's been 4 months. They just don't answer the phone.
