during my prenatal appointments the mds was very nice. The front desk staff seems rude like they don’t want to be bothered. The only and BIGGEST problem is that during my care I had to be referred and they treated me like the middle man. Instead of communicating to the doctors they would ask me what the other doctors said and it became frustrating. Also once at the hospital to give birth none of my documents were transferred to the doctor assisting with birth and some important factors weren’t added to my chart at all. This ... read more
Honestly the worst experience ever to deal with while pregnant. Phone not answered. Front desk staff not friendly. Very nonchalant when scheduling. Scheduling appointments but they aren’t in the system. Very stressful to deal with while 35 weeks pregnant. Not friendly doesn’t seem concerned or understanding of the urgency of keeping appointments scheduled. A waste of time. No follow ups on labs and there doesn’t seem to be a care to do so.
