Only reason I didnt go lower was because I love this place and the people that work there are amazing. But trying to get a hold of someone over the phone is horrible. Just today was on hold the first time 124 mins and they hung up on me, the second time for 25 mins and said forget it. Got a toddler an di don't have time to sit on the phone that long! I put my phone in my pocket and nearly forgot almost til i heard thw ringing and thought someone was pickinf up. Nope back to the waiting. Gave up to let the kids play.. now On ... read more
