The reason for 4 stars is because I think it should be ask first the patient about time and day before scheduling so they can have an idea instead of the office choosing it. Besides this ,the new facility is great.
Dr Reyes is always attentive and helpful, he is knowledgeable and professional. The staff are always professional and friendly. The new location is more distant for our family, but we will continue to go to Dr Reyes.
As a new patient at this location my experience was a mixed one. Front desk receptionist was rude to an existing older Spanish speaking woman requesting to change her primary DR discreetly and was shamed for wanting to do so and told to handle that herself. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable in a medical setting. My personal experience with doctor Maria Desantos was a very good one.
