Savanna Warhol was outstanding! She is very knowledgeable, positive, encouraging, non- judgmental, and good at explaining and demonstrating exercises - overall superb. She is everything you would want in a therapist. I will definitely request workng with her in the future.
Pelvic Floor Therapy and physical therapy was huge for me to have the unmedicated labor & delivery I wanted. Prepping for birth is NOT done through kegels! Through Dr. Brittany Anderson and Kelly Cirino, I learned the stretches and exercises needed to support delivery and, invaluably, how to BREATHE through each phase of labor. Savanna is an excellent pelvic floor therapist. She is professional, knowledgeable, and truly listens to me during each session.
