How does one give ZERO stars. Absolutely unprofessional. They cancelled my appointment the day before and called me 10 minutes before they closed - I called right back and they didn't answer of course - so after taking off of work I was SOL. They didn't text me, email me, or otherwise ... Just a missed call. Tbh my mailbox was full that day but then when I called back, completely lacked empathy and kindness.... rejection is protection.
