Felt very comfortable to speak to Dr.Parris about my health issues as she was genuine in listening to me and helping me and taking appropriate action to help me. I felt satisfied. Happy to have her as my provider.
I was at the emergency office Tuesday the 12th for about 10 to 12 hours answer any emergency room I was very friendly and my information was taking within a period of two hours. I was tested for vitals blood work done and you were taken 10 hours later I was waiting on. Don’t know you wouldn’t have been tested. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I usually visit the Faulk Road office and have never had issues there. Unfortunately, the staff here were unprofessional and dismissive. The patient care tech, Melanie, and the office manager, Kelly, both had poor attitudes and showed little concern for patients. I did not feel respected or heard. I will not be returning.
