I have to say I drove 45 minutes to this location to see if they could help me. My primary care doctor went to this practice and I am following her. Kim Yates. I had an issue at imaging with my X-rays. Apparently it said left shoulder twice but should have been both. We called. Left a message. I received a message at the end of the day apologizing. No need. Dr. Newswanger is great doctor. The staff are so professional and knowledgeable.
I am very pleased with my new PCP Dr Newswanger. It took a while to get in for a new patient appointment, but she spent significant time with me for my first appointment, was engaged in conversation and proactive informing me of my routine bloodwork results and responding to my questions. The office staff is very nice and professional.
So far my experience here has been great. I just saw Dr. Newswanger for the first time, and she took plenty of time to address my questions and concerns, as well as my medical history. Given my chronic conditions, that's not an easy task. I feel fortunate to have gotten in to see her when I did. The wait was until Spring 2024 for new patients, but they had a last minute cancellation. It's a bit of a drive, but they do offer video appointments as well.
