I have been a patient for a very long time. I love this place. Everyone is so friendly. Eileen Pack is the best. I can't praise her enough. She really cares about her patients. I tell everyone to see her.
This is a horrible place! I wish it was in the Principio place in Perryville as before. This isn’t Urgent care! I think since the takeover it’s gone down hill!!!! Since when do you need to make an appointment for an Urgent care… should strictly be triaged as you walk in only .. you suck!!!!!!
They turned away my 80 year old grandmother and refused to see her because she didn't have a $25 copay. I've never before seen a practice as cold-hearted and petty as this place is right here. There's no reason why they couldn't have billed her for that or let her pay that the following month. I seriously hope this place burns down.
Once again I will say it, BEST URGENT CARE EVER!! I receive such excellent care and the staff are always friendly, caring and professional. I would rather go here than my primary doctor. Thank you all for the wonderful experience....again!!
I really like the nurse practioneer. Very professional, very thorough. Highly recommend her. I only wish when I called the office, I got thru to the actual office instead of a call center. It delays service and sometimes information is lost in translation.
