This is an updated post and I've upgraded my like by a star because they're making a much better effort of answering and returning calls as well as keeping you updated to any changes that effect you. Hope it continues.
This office does not block off sick appointments. Every time I have attempted to get one over the last 2 years the appointment they have offered has been several weeks out. I am not sick in several weeks, I am sick now. It is crazy to have a doctors office that you can never get a appointment with, and end up at Urgent Care.
My mother recently switched to this office and has been given the run around since day one. The final straw was this last visit. She was supposed to have a doctor's appointment 4 days ago, which the office called to reschedule for the today and switched her to another doctor. When she showed up to her appointment today, they couldn't find her appointment. When they did finally track it down, it was for 4/8/2026. I'm truly have finally become done with them. I've been continuing to go here only because I've been seeing my PCP Dr. Driban for close to 20 years. We have a good relationship, but it's become tarnished with his association with this location. His become so busy that I seldom get a chance to see him. I received results from some test and needed clarity about the results. The center was open until 7pm yesterday. There is no continuity of care, over 6 years my provider changed 5 times because they kept leaving the office. The final straw came this year when they canceled my appointment multiple times without notifying me. When I requested a call back to reschedule, they randomly assigned a new appointment for me. That appointment was then canceled a few weeks later with no notice.
