For my first visit to Middletown-West, reception staff were welcoming, my visit started on time, and my provider was efficient and engaging. Good start to a new healthcare relationship.
I was a few minutes early for my 8 o’clock appointment time, was seen within five minutes. Check in with smooth, tech I was seen by was very pleasant, was out by 8:15
I was warmly received at the reception and was checked in promptly. The Primary care physician Dr OLATEJU MD IYANU is very professional, caring, empathetic, genuinely compassionate and she put me at ease with her listening ears. She explained things clearly and made me understand my health status and potential steps to take having understood my medical and family history. I left the office feeling really happy and ready to do all the tests she ordered for me to take.
