If you’re trying to be a new patient at this office don’t even bother. I wanted to join this office because most of my family goes to this office, and I have heard good things. I scheduled an appointment in March for late August which was their first available at the time. They then canceled that appointment due to doctor having time off (understandable), but the only alternative I was given was an appointment in January next year, for an appointment that I did not need to cancel. They'll bill you randomly for covered appointments and not explain why at all. So I guess ask them what you can and can't say in an appointment or get a bill you can't get explained or corrected. Seriously considering leaving this practice even though I like my provider
I was looking for a PCP that was closer to my home and found Christiana Care Primary Care at Linden Hill. I was schedule with Lauren Lenoir, NP. She was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and I look forward to treating with her going forward. I felt like she really listened to me and took time to listen to me and my questions. I highly recommend. Nice facility, clean and the staff was amazing, front desk staff, also super nice.
