I am a self-pay patient who scheduled an appointment at ChristianaCare Primary Care at Lantana Square specifically to address a single, acute health concern. Prior to the appointment, I received a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act quoting $382.13 for the visit. The actual appointment lasted roughly 10 minutes. Melissa did a fine job with my well visit, but I still think Medicare's policies are absurd. Prior to being 65, I was able to have two checkups a year with my doctor, and now it's very hard to get a doctor for this annual visit--instead, I meet with a nurse. I do want to stress, however, that Melissa was excellent.
FNP Joan Mogaka was so very nice and professional. The office staff was also very nice and helpful.
Staff was very professional. My visit was quick and to the point. I love the fact of it being small and direct to my needs.
