The visit was very successful and a pleasant.
The nurse who did the Wellness visit was very professional and efficient. She had a friendly, warm personality.
I was able to finally get a primary care physician appointment at the ChristianaCare office at Greenville. Dr. Salavitabar included my input in my Plan of Care which is most appreciated because after all I am the one that will be doing the health care work.
Was able to get a timely post ER visit. Surprised.
