Everyone is so friendly and caring.
The complete staff, from receptionist to Dr. George and PA Heather Chapman, are the best. Very competent and sincere in dealing with patients. Straight forward yet compassionate with the care they are administering.
Absolutely love this office. Everyone is so nice even when they are swamped.
Horrible. I have called twice in two weeks with emergent issues. First time I was triaged by the nurse and was told they do not have sick appts and they would call me in an antibiotic because I might have a UTI.....I did not. I went to urgent care and was referred hospital for more serious issues. I called today and they told me again at 9am they no sick appointments and tried to refer me to telehealth. The doctors and staff are very nice and caring. I'm so glad that I switched physicians. This is my new family care doctor.
