First time as Christiana Health Care patient. Appointment was on time and Dr. Silverstone spent over an hour with me. He was prepared and up to date with my medical history, as Christiana Care had received my records from previous providers.
Absolutely not a fan. Saw two different providers, neither one listened. I told the 2nd one about some concerns I had with a medication they tried for my daily migraines and all she did was up the dose.
Poor customer service. Lady at front desk was very short with me, impatient and rude. They really need to work on Customer Service with front office staff.
I have the best neurology team who have an office in Middletown. However, today I had a 10:30 appt and was unable to find the office. It is literally in the middle of nowhere. I called from my phone while in my car to report I was lost but the employee was rude, telling me I was raising my voice to her but I was in my car,, told her I was pulled over on the road and it was loud with the traffic.
