The appointment was easy to make, I was taken back on time, the staff and NP were all very friendly and eager to make my visit as comfortable as possible and I was out in a timely manner. Perfect!
Everyone was so welcoming kind and had a very nice smile. Lindsey is just amazing I absolutely love her.
Christiana Care is just terrible. My doctor left about one year now. I am still waiting to have a primary doctor. And every time I call, they get upset I don’t have one, until they noticed the issue. It is impossible to talk to someone who can actually help me with a question or anything. This is even more in the Middletown locations and the Newark location. People are so not helpful. In my opinion, a doctor on your staff needs to do some honest self-reflection and practice showing more empathy. OBGYNs are supposed to be strong advocates for women’s health, but being dismissive, defensive, and invalidating patients’ concerns doesn’t reflect that standard.
