Most dysfunctional organization I have ever experienced. Choose somewhere else whenever possible
Called over a week ago to schedule whole body scan as ordered by dr. Got there this morning and was told "I" didn't pre-register and it takes 7-10 days to get ins co approval. Asked woman how I pre-register and she said they call to ask questions. Well, no one ever called me. FAIL on Union Hospital imaging department. So left with no imaging done.
