Had a great experience here! The staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming. I was there for an X-ray yesterday... and was taken in within 5 mins (at lunchtime on a Friday). The x-ray tech was friendly, and I was out of the x-ray room in another 5 mins. Would highly recommend this facility for medical imaging of any sort. Thank you to all the staff members!!
Went in to get a cat scan with contrast and I couldn't even get it done the man that took me back couldn't even find my veins the there was a woman who also tried and couldn't got stuck 4 times never will I go to that office for anything get blood drank all yhe time and never had a problem
Excellent staff, office is conveniently located, plenty of parking, the office is very clean and well lit. Allison is great, made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedure prior, that relieved tension I had, many thanks for your kindness!.
Need to teach the one person at the reception area how to act professionally. The one I have dealt with is very rude... I will take my business elsewhere!
It's really disappointing that you get such attitude when you go for xrays, etc. From the front desk to the MRI tech, really need to work on your customer service skills. Smyrna was once a great location, sadly, not any more.
