Went in to get a cat scan with contrast and I couldn't even get it done the man that took me back couldn't even find my veins the there was a woman who also tried and couldn't got stuck 4 times never will I go to that office for anything get blood drank all yhe time and never had a problem
Excellent staff, office is conveniently located, plenty of parking, the office is very clean and well lit. Allison is great, made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedure prior, that relieved tension I had, many thanks for your kindness!.
Need to teach the one person at the reception area how to act professionally. The one I have dealt with is very rude... I will take my business elsewhere!
It's really disappointing that you get such attitude when you go for xrays, etc. From the front desk to the MRI tech, really need to work on your customer service skills. Smyrna was once a great location, sadly, not any more.
I was really happy with the care and attention I was given here by the technicians both for nuclear med and mammography. They were kind and clear, and gave detailed information about the procedures and answered all my questions completely. My only complaint was it was hard to get through to nuclear med to schedule (could only leave a msg and didn't a call back) - but the care I received at my appointment made up for the inconvenience.
