I came here after recently having a nightmarish experience somewhere else, and I am pleased that I did. The receptionist and tech were very polite, friendly, caring, and thorough. Little details, kindness, and competence make a huge difference!
The person at the front desk seems frazzled and is very rude, I recommend a different profession for her
Quick check-in, quickly called back for appointment, and friendly technicians
I had a wonderful experience today at Christiana Care Imaging - Stoney Batter. I was greeted by Grace who was thankfully able to fit me in. She was very kind and professional. I then had the pleasure of working with my xray technician Michelle. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail. I will definitely use this office again in the future for all my imaging needs.
It is a very clean, professional atmosphere. The staff is incredible. I had to reschedule because I was so dehydrated they ( Chris) the tec, spent a lot of time just trying to find a vein. I literally only have one good one n had blood work the day before and it was reluctant to pop up. So they were able to reschedule me fer Just in a week later.
