For starters, they don't answer their phones. Held for over a half-hour on 9/24, no one ever did pick up. Also, when they do answer the phone, they don't tell their customers (and, yes, we ARE customers) that the x-ray services closes every day for an hour for lunch. I wasted an entire hour up there one day because of this. They also fail to notify the customers that bloodwork is required for certain imagining services. That caused me to make a wasted trip. DO NOT GO HERE for imaging! They take your scan- x-Ray and initially say 3-5 days for results and then the patient portal says it can take up to 15 days for non urgent results! I have been having severe pain and swelling for two weeks on my hand and had imaging here a week ago and still no results- but my hand is still swollen and painful!! I will not trust their results even when I get them! Should have gone to Advanced Radiology in Aberdeen instead!

While the staff was very nice, we're going on 40 hours with no results from an x-ray for a potential break. The x-ray still has not been read. In my prior experiences at other christianacare imaging locations, we had results in less than an hour. Very frustrating!
