Seen promptly, care facility was uncrowded. Several staff waiting around. The doctor who saw me limited exam to 2 issues. Said she could only address 2. Referred me to ER for other problem(s) gave me air cast for sprained foot.
Dr. Wei and Jason were wonderful. Everyone I saw was very helpful including the intake coordinator and the X-ray technician. The exam room and lobby were very clean. Would highly recommend using this urgent care facility.
Due to ambulance activity, Go Health was busier than usual. But when I was finally seen, the doctor couldn't have been kinder. And while you're waiting, they have coffee, tea, and snacks. Not that you want to be ill, but if you are, and need immediate attention, this is the place to go.
