Very short wait time; friendly, and helpful staff.
Worst experience never ever experienced with staff like this. I came here for leg injury doctor came and seen my leg he told that it's an ankle sprain and he suggested a x-ray and boot. I asked them I don't have any health insurance what's the cost for x-ray and boot? They told me x-ray is $75 and boot is $75. I said ok for that. I got a bill for boot $335.04 I saw it and shocked and I called to staff and said I got bill $335.04 at that time you said $75. The staff was very professional and polite! They were very courteous and knowledgeable. The The reception made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. The staff who did my initial check in prior to seeing the Nurse Practitioner ( NP) was very polite and thorough. The NP listened to me with intent and made me extremely comfortable during my exam. Received good and fast service wasn’t there to long front desk staff was wonderful
Such a great care team! I have used the Fairfax Shopping Center location several times and they have always been prompt and empathetic. Recently, I needed stitches and was in shock. They calmed me down and got me stitched up so fast! Thank you all!
