The “sign in” process is horrible. No one speaks, you just get pointed to a mini iPad at the entrance that is so disgusting it’s probably causing half the illnesses that are going around. Once called on the person taking your information and cards has zero personality and makes absolutely no eye contact. Then when you get to a room the nurse also gives you zero personality and no eye contact either.
