The whole staff was so helpful to me in the time that I needed someone I was partially blinded by gasoline, and every one of the staff members were there to help me and to make sure I had the best Care I could get nurse practitioner Robin advised me to see my eye doctor today which I did and my doctor said the staff at Christiana has saved my vision with all of their knowledge. Thank you so much.
The staff is friendly and professional, but they were extremely overwhelmed when we were there. So even though we booked an appointment online we were there for almost 2 hours. If they were that understaffed, perhaps you allow more space in between appointments, or only take walk-ins during certain hours on this particular day. I'm sure we'll need to go to an urgent care in the future for something, so we will just try a different one.
I love how easy it is to get an appointment. More importantly I trust the care givers there.
