It was a fast, easy visit and everyone was helpful.
The nurse practitioner was amazing. She took her time to explain what was happening and made sure I understood the care plan by answering my questions in great detail without using a lot of medical terminology. She listened to my concerns and assured me the meds she was prescribing would help with how I was feeling. Although it was busy I never felt rushed or if she wasn't listening. Many thanks for a great experience even though I felt terrible 😞 🙏🏽
Love how they tried to say people dont remember what happened to them. I am sure I know exactly what happened. My elbow is twisted to where my ROTATER cup is actually injured an they proceeded to tell its not. Ok cool let's take this more professionally..... I was told I would be able to see my xrays, then a day later I cannot see them still. So I am being held from seeing my xrays. And not once have I spoken as I kept being interrupted. They know what's wrong with my entire right arm they proceed to ignore....
The nice woman who took my vitals was very kind. The attending doctor had no bedside manner. I never saw a smile . Stone face.
