I was visiting from out of town for a conference when i got a migraine that was so severe that my counselors were going to drive me to the er. I was at the Wappinger falls Urgent care on 5/22/25 . I gave themm both insurance cards they billed my primary insuraance they never billed my secondary on 6/2, 6/23 , 8/4 , and was told noy to worry they will bill my secondary that mever happened on 9/16 i called again and spoke with 2 people that said they could not help me so i made a copy of my secondary and attached it to the bill and mailed it in today 10/2 i received a collection notice from the National credit & collections inc i called an lef a voice messag... read more

I wish it was possible to leave a negative number review. The nurse practitioner working yesterday afternoon is rude and not very nice. Her verbal diagnosis was completely different than what she charted. As a Mercy patient I certainly expected a provider with greater knowledge and a kind person. You can do better Mercy!!

Mooresville Location : First of all their PA was very rude , I had made an appt online , she said I did not have an appt. Also the PA, wants you to be sick ten days before giving you an antibiotic ( which is ridiculous ). Do Not waste your time nor your money going to this Novant Urgent Care in Mooresville , you will get Zero help ! If I have to be sick for ten days with a sinus infection to get treated , I think this PA needs to go back to school. I took my 84-year old mom to an Inova Urgent Care due to chest pains. They conducted an EEG and because there was some changes from her last EEG, they sent us to Inova Emergency. They took blood tests and an X-ray and we waited (in the emergency room) and waited and waited.... Finally we decided that we'd leave and go to her doctor for the results so that my mom could rest and so that it would free up time for someone who made need more immediate care. We took our 12 year old son Saturday morning because he was still sick even after being on an antibiotic for a few days. (Had strep). He was very congested, cough, and still running a fever. We were told it was probably flu on top of strep-nothing they could do. Next day he was worse. Took him to Next Level and they did a chest x-ray because he sounded so bad.
