Abysmal staff. You can call in but never get a hold of anyone that knows the process for prescriptions. I have had the wrong medications ordered multiple times as their staff do not understand basic medical terminology and “log” incorrect items and conversations. Avoid this team at all cost if you are in the state of Delaware. These mistakes have been consistent for years and now have put me in a difficult situation given my travel out of the country. Your safety comes first, their inefficiency to handle tasks should not.
They canceled my apintkent for Huly and won't offer another until February. I can't wait that long to have my charts updated, the Insurance won't send my insulin. If you depend on insulin and endocrine care to keep you alive, do not use this network. You're just a number in the system at Christiana Care. As if diabetes isn't stressful enough.
She is kind and compassionate to her patients
They give different opinions, don't tell you a dr you've been booked for , for 1 year ahead has quit. Very unprofessional
