Dr. Singh knew I had Kidney Disease and played it's not my department to tell you the results of the blood work that she ordered, I hope she and her family get the same crappy medical care that she gives....this woman and Christiana Care are beyond ridiculous!!!! Had my first and last visit with Dr. Singh a few weeks ago. I signed into the video visit 10 minutes early because every video visit with CC historically starts early. After waiting 25 minutes past the appointment time, I hung up and rejoined, that connection worked. Dr. Singh let me know that I was wasting her time and she was angry. My time was wasted also but that didn't matter. She's rigid and doesn't listen. She's interested in completing her information on the computer. Abysmal staff. You can call in but never get a hold of anyone that knows the process for prescriptions. I have had the wrong medications ordered multiple times as their staff do not understand basic medical terminology and “log” incorrect items and conversations. Avoid this team at all cost if you are in the state of Delaware. These mistakes have been consistent for years and now have put me in a difficult situation given my travel out of the country. Your safety comes first, their inefficiency to handle tasks should not.
