Sorry to say since Dr Pandy left the office is dysfunctional, 2024 started libra3 and all Wellstart needed was the doc notes to continue sensors , instead they sent them to pharmacy and since insurance doesn't cover it, but medicare does . Nurse Beth said it wasn't her problem it's between us and pharmacy, no respect
I'm currently struggling to get them to communicate with me about my thyroid medicine. My old doctor put me on needed thyroid medicine and I went to this location for further help since they are specialist's and they told me after my bloodwork, they would handle my medication and call me in a new prescription for either the same dosage or adjust my dosage based on my bloodwork.
