I had a Barium Swallow test done and Dr.Altaf and nurse assistant Stacey were wonderful. They gave me special attention and assistance being I have severe back issues and walk with a walker. They were very kind and helpful. Thank you for making my testing easy for me to deal with. Very professional!!!
They NEVER answer the phone! I have held up to an hour before only to get disconnected on their end as if it times out. This is RIDICULOUS! There is NEVER an excuse to be on hold for more than 10 minutes! I'm disgusted in the service, or lack there of! Tell your office staff get off their cell phones and answer their work phone!
