Had a wheelchair bound resident of Assisted Living who required outside transportation to get to a visit she waited 2 months for. Transport was late and dropped us off at the wrong building. We arrived 17 minutes late and were told we had to reschedule because we were past the 15 minute window. NP Entrikian said unable to accomodate. This is not who I would want taking care of people.
Alert alert! I went there for a specific medical concern and this was indicated when I made the appointment. I went saw a doctor for less than 30 mins, got billed for 45 mins, and then got referred to another doctor in Newark or Wilmington. They should have told me that over the phone and before I got nearly $500 bill for an office visit without any treatment! I picked them because of their location. Now I have to find another doctor that I can travel to. They got 2 starts because the admin staff were ok.
I have seen Jennifer Entrekin for several problems She is just amazing how she's so thorough. I am so happy to have her. She has helped me so much with my heart problems. I recommend her to anyone who's having a problem.
