Been trying to schedule an appointment for a couple of weeks. Evidently, there is only one person in the office with the power to schedule and if she isn't available when you call (she never is), you have to wait for a callback. She did call me once but I was on the road and couldn't take the call. But I have called back twice since and and am still waiting for another call. Not good! Do they even want new patients? Doesn't seem like it.
I am only giving them a 1 because I can't choose zero. They are unhelpful, demanding, they invade your privacy with constant urine tests, they will hold your meds on a whim, and they will bring you into their office only to tell you they can't help you. Completely wasted appointment when they had all that info previously before the appointment. Yet they bring me in and get my copay before they tell me they can't help me. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson to those who have had bad experiences with mental health help in the past. He has gone above and beyond to help me (ADHD, PTSD, MDD, GAD, and more), from pharmacy to insurance pricing issues with my medications. He really is a great person who went to school to help others, and it shows. The initial visit was very hard for me, but that’s because of my mental health.
