After seeing my child for at least 8 years, She will no longer see him. Not because we are not compliant, but due to changes in my insurances. Once we switched insurances, she would not accept that insurance. She wanted us to pay $80. As a single mother I cannot afford these fees and we were forced to switch. Christina Williams is great at her job. Here is my experience wait time past appointment time.. say appointment is made for 10:15am. I was pulled back @ 11:25. Sent across the street for chest x-ray. Leaving the hospital at 2pm. I called the office for the results @4:30. I was informed the results are in and will be read by the provider and we will return your call. Umm I heard nothing back. I'm looking for someone else to tend to my children. The wait time is ridiculous.
