He is a very nice person and very very considerate. He observed my situation and did my surgery within one day. His office stuffs are also very nice and polite. Thanks for all the help.
The most timely appointment at a surgeons office I’ve ever had! They took me right back and was seen on time. Time spent with the doctor did not feel rushed at all and I had all my questions answered.

Overall it's been a good experience. Many communications from that office are handled through text. Their communication and scheduling can be confusing at times. For example, their automated scheduling assistant sent me a message that it booked my appointment for one time slot, I put it in my calendar and adjusted time for other meetings based on this appointment, but later I received a text by a human operator saying that that time was unavailable and suggesting different time.
