Very nice nurses and doctors but the receptionists are very racists and mimics the way people who struggle with English, I came with my mom as a Hispanic and the woman I didn’t get her name started mimicking my mother and laughed, we were really embarrassed and embarrassing on their part when they are supposed to be helpful not racist.
Dr. Hladky lives up to her reputation. Everyone we spoke to before my wife's operation had the utmost confidence in her. When she came to speak with us pre-op, she went through all details and risks with absolute certainty that we would be going home together.. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude for her and all of the staff that helped us during our stay. GOD BLESS CHRISTIANACARE TEAM 🙏🙏🙏
Do not like the new signs. Map 1 means nothing. I want the name of the building. Who knows what Map 1. 2. 3. Etc means. Stupid. Was looking for Medical Arts Bldg. Got lost, had to call hospital for directions. Was told to go to Map 1 and turn left. Who knew!
They are struggling with Covid related policies as are most medical facilities but holding things together.
