Front desk staff are extremely rude and when you give them the same treatment in return they threaten to not care for the loved on you’ve just brought in. Extremely pathetic. I’ve been coming here for years and have noticed a huge decline in the employees attitudes. Why?
I have been on this planet for 44 years, the last 3 being just about the worst in history for customer service. I can honestly say, without hesitation, that the customer care at Christiana Care is the worst I have ever received, anywhere. I cannot say enough bad things about this entire organization, and their systematic destruction of every non-CCHS option is the worst thing they have done. Went into er with major symptoms of the Neuro Virus. I had not eaten or kept any water down for 5 days. My wait was 5 hours and as I asked for a blanket and pillow, they said no. The wait would be another 4 hours or so. I did not get my vitals checked. worst treatment ever. Staff was extremely rude. Cannot say enough bad about this place.
