I needed to get some imaging done at the building, there is a nice big atrium with tons of sunlight that hits the waiting room. Check-in was super easy and everyone was very nice. My ultrasound only took 3 minutes and then I was done. Overall, good experience.
At least my scheduling experience was great with Cherry at the front desk thanks for all ur help
Staff was rude, condescending and unfriendly. After trying several times to get my X-ray done, I gave up and went to Chadds Ford imaging center. They got the work done with friendliness and extra efforts first time! Uncaring people should not be in healthcare. Go find something else to do!

I've had numerous imaging procedures done at Christiana Care over the years and have generally had good experiences with competent and considerate personnel . Unfortunately, this last experience was not so. First, the ultrasound technician seemed to be in a hurry. Her instructions were rushed and curt. This is the the third of these tests I've had done in 3 years for following up after kidney cancer surgery.
