Used to be good. My nurse practitioner is great but the practice is terrible now. When Donald Hayes was there it was good. Dr. Hayes used to do house calls years ago for the elderly, now that I am getting old I can't get help in a reasonable time. I have new pain yet I have to wait for someone to be available long enough to talk to me.
You cannot reach them. The phone rings and rings and they do not answer. I reported thr problem a few months ago and it is still not corrected. The staff is very nice In person, but slow to return calls, assuming you can get through to them. This has been going on so long I am considering changing drs., even though I like my dr.
They need to hire more receptionists or something. No option to leave a message or anything so I'm at the mercy of these people who never (NEVER) answer the phone
