Horrible. I have called twice in two weeks with emergent issues. First time I was triaged by the nurse and was told they do not have sick appts and they would call me in an antibiotic because I might have a UTI.....I did not. I went to urgent care and was referred hospital for more serious issues. I called today and they told me again at 9am they no sick appointments and tried to refer me to telehealth. The doctors and staff are very nice and caring. I'm so glad that I switched physicians. This is my new family care doctor.
It costs $70 more to go to urgent care, but it's worth it. You are a nuisance to the people who work here, and they let you know it. Linda flat-out lied to me. I never had a bad experience with Christiana Care in Delaware, but this office is a different issue every time.
