I am giving a poor rating because the fees they charge for missing an appointment is ridiculous. The fee is $60 and the charge for the appt is $50. After expressing my concerns on changing my email address and adding text for notification alerts I was given incorrect information which allowed nothing change. The appointment is virtual and can be taken from any location. The appointment is 45 minutes. They could have accommodated my fee and removed it. I love this place and my therapists are amazing.
I wish there was a zero star. This review is strictly in reference to the Staff that they have at the forefront of this company. I want to be very clear. I am referring to when you decide to reach out to this establishment the individuals who answers the phone , schedules your intakes , etc. This place has never failed to give me an even harder time during dealing with a hard time. Dr nanjiani is stuck up jerk and doesn't care even slightly about his patients. Don't bring your sick ones here they just use your troubles to make you pay them endlessly
I'd like to retract and digress from a previous review I posted. I attended counseling sessions here and was very frustrated with the counselor that I was I assigned. I posted a 1 star review and figured I'd move on and forget about it. I guess you can say, "Let Go & Let God". And that prayer answered. The Founder of the organization called me and Jeff me a very welcoming and professional voicemail. I called back and we had a discussion about my issue.
