I have an older cousin that has lived at Christian Village for 6 years. It is a safe place for her & affordable. The staff are great! & efficent with her if there's ever an issue. They do extermination & change out the heat pump filters regularly to help keep their power bills down. Im thankful she lives there.
My grandmother has lived here for 17 years, literally since the place first opened she has been here. She used to organize outings and was a key holder for apartments in case an ambulance needed to be let in. She's done nothing but be a model tenant the entire time, but as the years have gone on, she has been consistently bothered by the manager here, who has always tried to control who is in her house , for how long, etc, and I am speaking about her FAMILY, my mother and myself. Excellent community to reside with a helpful and caring staff. Convenient location to access Highway 52(I-74 Corridor) as well as many fast food restaurants, fine dining, businesses such as Walmart, Food Lion, Lowe's, auto part chains(Advance Auto, Auto Zone,, O'Reilly Auto, etc.) Quiet peaceful community with excellent frequent patrols by local police officers.
