The person answering the phone in this office will not listen and does not want to be bothered with following up. Medications do not get called in as a result of this. Dr. Traynelis himself is a good doctor if you can get through the person you are trying to get an answer from in the front office.

Late!!!! My apt was for 10am sat in the waiting room then went back Didn’t get in my room till after 11....uncalled for and unprofessional won’t be back not after I waiting three weeks just for a referral then this no thanks
