Gentel, kind and patient. Took his time to explain and answered every question. Great bedside manners. Felt very cared for and heard.
Dr. C Ghattas was Lovely, kind, patient, thorough, competent and compassionate. He calmed and reassured me. This is rare and hard to do; i am an old ornery nurse ;-)
