Hilariously incompetent agents. Every interaction with an agent from this brokerage has been condescending from start to finish, likely in an attempt to hide their complete and utter incompetence.
My experience at 1700 Jackson Ave was deeply disappointing, marked by issues that undermined our 70th birthday celebration. From an unauthorized check-in fee and poor communication to unsanitary conditions, pest infestations, a rat poison device in my bedroom, misrepresented amenities, and an unannounced guest, the stay fell far short of expectations. We had a very disappointing experience with Christian Shane of Christian Shane Properties. We Can definitely understand why he only has a 2.8 Google rating! He was not upfront about critical details — most notably, he lied about the tenant's lease renewal status, which caused serious issues after the transaction. He also failed to provide mailbox keys, despite multiple requests, leaving us to sort out the problem.
