All around a terrible experience. The counselor I was assigned did not practice the modality I specifically asked for. Scheduling/check in/payment processes required more steps and multiple phone calls. The worst was spending @ 2 hours on the intake paperwork detailing my history, reasons for counseling, etc. But the therapist hadn’t bothered reading beforehand (he admitted) so the first and only session was spent repeating what I had carefully written down.
