Gave me 3 cortisone injections weekly, lower, mid and upper back. It took a lot of complaining to get them stopped (work related injury). He struck a vein, showed me the blood to scare me, then struck a nerve. This was while I was standing up leaning against a table. I took off running and he followed, keeping the needle in my nerve. Then later claimed I didn't even hurt it at work. Turns out I had a blown out disc cutting off my spinal cord.
