Amazing customer service . Visited the store at Christmas, fell in love with a jacket in the window but it sold by the time I came back . It could not be ordered and was sold out nation wide . Cathrine took my name and number and when they came in the following season , she remembered and sent it to me almost a year later! I couldn't believe it !
