EXCELLENT, excellent service! HIGHLY recommend. Kim was QUITE personable and EXTREMELY helpful and caring. She was really patient with helping me design my deceased wife's tombstone. She was helpful in helping me match the tombstone I wanted to the design of my deceased wife's parent's tombstone (that was done by another company). She was QUITE realistic about how long it would take, and was upfront about it. They added the personal touch to the back of my parents memorial, that was originally purchased in 1982. Great job!!
