I ordered and had delivered a floral arrangement a week ago for a friend's birthday. She was so happy about how beautiful and fresh the flowers were. The owner was polite and professional. I would absolutely order again.
What I Was Shown vs. What Was Delivered Extremely disappointed with this florist. I was sent a photo of the actual arrangement I was told would be delivered, and I agreed to the purchase based on that photo. What my recipient received was noticeably different and, in my opinion, nowhere near the same quality or fullness. If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to inquire about having flowers delivered to a friend, and from the start, the customer service was disappointing. The employee I spoke with seemed annoyed that I was even asking about delivery options. What really frustrated me was that I was quoted nearly $100 before anyone asked what my budget was. Nice lady but flower not was not it for the price i paid. I should of went to walmart. Or gas station shop.
Absolutely loved the flowers and experience! Would go back again for ANY occasion that I need flowers. I didn't know what type of bouquet I wanted, and the kind lady put together a beautiful arrangement after getting some feedback from me. I got to customize the arrangement as well. Nice flexibility, fresh flowers... while I was waiting. Thanks Christian Mart!
