They do a great job and they handwash the rugs there at there downtown location. They go over everything and asked repeatedly about the potential for pet urine and explained how the color may run through out the entire rug, I even had to initial a separate page indicating the changes that may take place ( I felt like it was a Doc explaining the risks of surgery, lol).
